Dave Ridley, the creator of the Ridley Report, is a professional videographer who is striking out on his own. Seeing that the Internet gives independent content producers the ability to publish their work directly to the public without the aid of large production companies, Dave decided to give it a try. Needing to keep his costs down and efficiency high, Dave eliminated much of the post filming production processing. The result is the "Ridleo": a short film that is shot and edited on the spot. There is rarely any post shooting editing so the videos can be uploaded and made available to the public in the shortest time possible. It also allows Dave (and those he has trained) to produce more videos than is possible when post-shooting editing is added. |
